POLICIES:

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Full refund of registration fee if canceled up to 30 days before the conference start date. 50% refund for cancellations 29 days to 15 days prior to the conference start date. No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before the conference start date. Please email your cancellation request to Dr. Janice Meyer at janice.meyer@tamu.edu.

The TCCE group room rate is $169/night for a King, and $179/night for a double queen. 

• Reservations must be made by January 27, 2027, to get the conference rate.
