Tony Moline joined the Richardson Chamber on September 1, 2026, from Cedar Park, TX where he led that chamber for 14 years. His achievements include tripling of revenue, growth in membership and achieving five-star accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, obtained by only 1% of chambers across the country and a designation shared by the Richardson Chamber.

Prior to Cedar Park, Moline held similar roles in Coppell and Lufkin. His expertise includes policy-driven advocacy, sound financial stewardship, organizational influence and member connections. Additionally, he has served as the chair of the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives, executive officer for the Texas Association of Business and on a board of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

Moline has roots in North Texas and graduated from Plano Senior High before receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. His distinctions include Certified Chamber Executive (CCE), Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED).

Have served five Chambers/EDOs in four states since 1986. 

Kyle joined CICE as Southern Regional Director in 2024. He spent the majority of his career working in the energy sector before jumping into the chamber of commerce and economic development world, most recently serving as President & CEO for Partnership Lake Houston.

Kyle has served on numerous boards across multiple industries all with the intent of trying to improve his community and make a difference for future generations. His move to join the CICE team made perfect sense merging his past experience with his desire to make an impact.

Kyle completed his undergraduate in Marketing and Economics at Hardin Simmons University before pursuing his MBA in energy at the University of Oklahoma. He is currently working on his IOM credentials with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and set to complete the program in 2025. He currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and 2 children.
